Tuesday, March 9 at 7am...... Cold & breezy today with a slight chance of a flurry this morning. Overnight brought us an additional few inches. Dress in layers and drive carefully.
Chains or 4wheel drive carrying chains required this morning, but hopefully that will be lifted later if the sun warms the roads. Call road conditions number below before you leave.
Open daily 9am - 4pm NO DOGS ALLOWED
PLEASE - no sleds allowed.
We highly recommend on the weekends that you come up Hwy 18 on the Lake Arrowhead side of the mountain instead of Hwy 330 due to the skier-snow player traffic on the weekends. Off the 210 fwy, exit Waterman Ave. and follow up the mountain, all the way thru Running Springs, towards Big Bear Lake. We are 5 miles east of Running Springs, directly across from Snow Valley Mt. Resort's lodges (left turn into our parking lot) Come early, leave early.
If you need to call road conditions : 1 800-427-ROAD use Hwy 330 & Hwy 18. Even 4 wheel drive vehicles need to carry chains, as well.
LESSONS only on the weekends at 10:30 am. Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to lesson time.
