June 26 & 27 weekend - 2 day race
Saturday - Hillclimb, Super D, Dirt Crit
Sunday - Cross Country race
NEW EVENT added to Saturday (SUPER D....reverse of the Hillclimb)
Awards on Sunday after the XC race.
This is a stand-alone event. You must race both days to qualify for an award. See Stage Race info for times.
The combined overall standings from the Stage Race event will count towards one race for the below XC series which it's overall award will be the best 3 of 5 events. You must race the Series Final on Aug 29th to be eligible for the overall award. Again, this season, there will be overall awards for the Team/Shop participation. Award ceremonies follow each category.

Important Information
XC Courses: 7 to 9 mile lap with half single track trail, half fire roads with elevation gain per lap depending on the "course of the day". Courses will vary from race to race.
RACES HELD RAIN OR SHINE.
USA Cycling sanctioned events. A current USA cycling racing license is required. All racers must present their USA Cycling license with picture I.D. at registration, even fi pre-registered. Category 2 & 3 racers not wishing to purchase an annual license will need to pay an additional fee of $5 per race. All racers must sign release forms. Racers under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the release form. If either is not available on race day, a form may be forwarded in advance by mail or fax.
Race day entry fee this season is $40.
Pre register 5 days prior to race day and save $5.
Junior entry fee still $25.

SUPER D course will be the same as last season at this time. Approx. 4 mile course starting at Lakeview Point on Hwy 18, riding west, ending at the Finish Line in Rim Nordic's base area. No transportation provided. Ride up or drive up to staging area.
Practice for registered riders from 10:00am - 2:00 pm with race starting at 3:00 pm.
Entry fee $25 each race, with jrs. $15. Awards 3 deep each category, 5 deep for any category with 10 or more. No cash awards.
This is a USA Cycling sanctioned event. USA Cycling license required. A $5 non-license fee will be charged if you do not have one.
KID'S RACE: FREE kids race at each of our XC events for ages 11 & under. Includes free t-shirt, custom medals & number plates for each with extra goodies provided by Rim Nordic. Sign up on race day. HELMET IS REQUIRED. Start time after the start of Pro / Cat 1 Men (approx. 12 noon).
AWARDS: Awards ceremony follows each category. No need to remain to the end of the day. Awards will be given 3 deep in every category (5 deep for 10 or more) for each of the 5 races ( including the Stage Race). Overall awards will be given to the top 5 overall finishers in each category. "OVERALL" is determined by the total points earned throughout the season for the best 3 of 5 races (Stage Race points may be included), with a 2 race minimum participation. YOU MUST RACE THE SERIES FINAL to be eligible for the overall award.
AGAIN, this season, there will be an overall award for the TEAM/SHOP competition. Teams must be submitted before the first race. Email or send to Rim Nordic.
$$$CASH$$$ awarded in addition to individual category awards for PRO & CAT 1 MEN who will compete against each other for the 5 fastest times of the day earning $100 for 1st, $75 for 2nd, $60 for 3rd, $50 for 4th, and $40 for 5th. Additional money may be added each race.
PRO Women & Cat 1 Women racing the same number of laps with a minimum of 6 racers will be eligible for $60 for 1st, $50 for 2nd, $40 for 3rd.
